Students from the Medical Imaging Techniques, Pharmacy Services, and Medical Promotion and Marketing programs at Bülent Ecevit University's Ahmet Erdoğan Vocational School of Health Services participated in a meaningful social responsibility event on October 18, 2025. Under the guidance of Lecturer Dr. Yasin Gaylan, Lecturer Arzu Karaustaoğlu Aygün, and Lecturer Duygu Alaca, the students carried out an environmental cleanup on Kozlu Beach, diverting tens of kilograms of waste from the environment.

Lecturer Dr. Yasin Gaylan, who pioneered the event, stated that environmental awareness begins with small but determined steps and that the students' sensitivity to this issue is a source of great pride for them.

The students who participated in the event emphasized that environmental cleanup is the shared responsibility not only of institutions but of all members of society, emphasizing the importance of contributing to a livable future.
