‘Protect Yourself and Others from Diseases’ Training Programme Held The training programme entitled ‘Protect Yourself and Others from Diseases’, organised by the Ahmet Erdoğan School of Health Services at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, was held on 1 October 2025 at the ZBEÜN Sezai Karakoç Cultural Centre. The opening speech of the programme was delivered by our School Director, Prof. Dr. Meryem Akpolat Ferah. Following the opening, Lecturer Arzum Çelik Bekleviç from the Operating Theatre Services Programme gave a comprehensive presentation on the most basic safety measures in the field of health. The training covered topics such as standard precautions, the correct use of personal protective equipment, isolation practices, waste management, protection against sharps injuries, and hand hygiene. The event concluded with the director and assistant directors presenting certificates of appreciation after answering students' questions.
